Some of the homeowners at Apple Springs rent out their homes to vacationers. Apple Springs Property Management coordinates/manages these rentals. Typically, a minimum stay is 3 nights. The homes currently in the rental pool sleep 9-20 people. Many of the homes have hot tubs and/or fire-pits, and all have spectacular views of the Hills and are easily accessible off paved roads. Upscale townhomes, a log home and a 5,200 square food custom home are currently available.
Rental guests are allowed to access the on-site stocked fishing ponds, and have easy access to 1,000's of acres of National Forest Service and the Boulder Canyon Country Club. Deadwood's nightlife and entertainment is just 5 miles west, while Legendary Sturgis is 5 miles to the east.
