What Is Apple Springs

Apple Springs Resort Community is on a 500+ acre tract nestled in beautiful Boulder Canyon in the northern Black Hills of South Dakota. It sits almost exactly half-way in between Legendary Sturgis and Historic Deadwood on scenic Highway 14-A. The property is surrounded by National Forest Property on 3 sides and is adjacent to the beautiful Boulder Canyon Country Club Golf Course (BCCC). Apple Springs and Boulder Canyon Country Club have a joint venture agreement for which Apple Springs is finishing the back 9 holes in exchange for some developable land owned by BCCC. Apple Springs is one of John Deere's 20 Landmark Resort properties.

Apple Springs offers a variety of lots ranging in size from approximately .25 to 1 acre. There is a wide variety of lots available, from wooded lots to open meadows. Some lots are on the golf course or have a golf course view. Currently most lots are priced from the mid-$60,000s to $100,000s. Nearly 180 lots have been sold to date.

In Spring of 2010, Apple Springs engaged the services of Scott Munro and Heath Gran of Century 21 – Spearfish Realty, to assist in selling our remaining inventory of lots.
